Do I need to be at home?
Not usually. As long as we can get to the tank lids and you've told us where they are, we can do the job and let you know when it's finished.
What should I tell you when I ring?
The job, where it is, and anything about access: a narrow lane, a locked gate, buried lids. A photo on WhatsApp is the quickest way to show us.
How often should a septic tank be emptied?
EPA research recommends about every 3 years for a standard septic tank, and never longer than 5. Packaged treatment units usually need emptying once a year.
